Educator, therapist, and certified Sensory Integration (SI) instructor, President of the Polish Association of Sensory Integration Therapists (PSTIS SI). She graduated from the University School of Physical Education in Gdańsk and the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in inclusive education with elements of special education and rehabilitation. For over 36 years, she has worked with children, adolescents, and their families, supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental challenges. She runs the “Praksja” therapy centers, where she provides Sensory Integration assessment and therapy. As a lecturer and SI instructor, she delivers training programs for professionals across Poland and actively participates in national and international conferences. She is also a co-organizer of the International Conference and Workshops “A Multidisciplinary Perspective on Sensory Integration.” In her professional practice, she emphasizes comprehensive assessment, individualized intervention, and close collaboration between specialists and families to foster each child’s potential and independence in everyday life.

Katarzyna Zawada - MSc in Physiotherapy with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Sensory Integration (SI) therapist and instructor, Vice President and board member of the Polish Association of Sensory Integration Therapists, and university lecturer. She is the founder of the “Tactum Sanitas” Advanced Physiotherapy Center in Kielce, where she applies a range of therapeutic approaches, including Vojta Therapy, NDT Bobath, PNF, and Sensory Integration Therapy. A holistic approach to patient care, diagnostic precision, and close collaboration with other healthcare professionals are the core values that guide her professional practice.

Katarzyna Milczarek has been associated with the Avalon Foundation for over 15 years, specializing in the development and management of projects supporting people with disabilities in the areas of medical, social, and vocational rehabilitation. In her daily work, she focuses on designing programs and services that enhance independence, active participation, and quality of life for people with disabilities. As a physiotherapist, she combines therapeutic expertise with extensive experience in project management, concentrating on the creation of accessible and inclusive solutions. She completed postgraduate studies in Rehabilitation Management (Rehamanager) and actively implements a comprehensive, interdisciplinary support model tailored to the real needs of individuals undergoing rehabilitation and social reintegration processes.

Lusine Duryan is a special education teacher specializing in intellectual disability education (oligophrenopedagogy) and has been working with the Avalon Foundation since 2019. She currently serves as Head of the Child Rehabilitation and Integration Department and the Active Rehabilitation Center for Children. She has extensive experience in social and vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities, project management, and the development of rehabilitation and educational services. She co-created the Sekson project, managed the Active Rehabilitation Center for Adults, and led initiatives such as the Comprehensive Counseling Center and the vocational activation project Path to Activity. She also oversaw the implementation of the Avalon Foundation Accessibility Map, recipient of the prestigious Zero Project Award 2025. She coordinates grant-funded projects, collaborates with public institutions and external partners, and actively works to promote inclusion and improve support systems for people with disabilities.

She is a physiotherapist specializing in the treatment of both adults and children, with particular expertise in respiratory conditions and functional disorders. She gained valuable clinical experience working in a hospital, where she developed the practical skills she now shares with her students. In addition to her academic work, she runs a private physiotherapy practice.

She is an experienced academic lecturer and the Programme Coordinator for Physiotherapy at the Gdańsk Medical Academy of Applied Sciences. In this role, she is committed to maintaining high educational standards and ensuring that physiotherapy students are well prepared for clinical practice. She has completed numerous postgraduate training courses in neurology and respiratory therapy in Poland and abroad. Today, she designs and delivers her own educational courses for both healthcare professionals and students. She is also the author of scientific publications and continually expands her expertise through active participation in scientific conferences.

He is a paediatric physiotherapist and academic lecturer at the Gdańsk Medical Academy of Applied Sciences. His clinical practice focuses on the rehabilitation of infants and children with neurological, metabolic, and genetic disorders. He specializes in early functional assessment and neurodevelopmental therapy to support children's motor and postural development.

His research interests lie in paediatric physiotherapy, with a particular focus on the assessment of motor, postural, and respiratory function in children, as well as the development of innovative diagnostic tools. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications and an active participant in international scientific conferences. He is also committed to public education on child development and paediatric physiotherapy through his educational Instagram profile, @fizjoterapeuta_maluchow.

She is a Physiotherapy student at the Gdańsk Medical Academy of Applied Sciences and Chair of the Student Scientific Society of Physiotherapy. She is actively involved in scientific research and the advancement of physiotherapy, with a particular interest in neurology and interdisciplinary approaches to patient care.

She was awarded First Prize in the poster session at the National Conference Let's Talk About Physiotherapy in Neurology (Warsaw, 11 April 2026) for her case report entitled Autonomic Dysfunction and Vagus Nerve Regulation in a Post-Stroke Patient with Non-Malignant Oesophageal Stricture and Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.

She holds a PhD in Physical Culture Sciences and is an academic lecturer. She serves as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Director of the Institute of Health Sciences at the University of Social Sciences in Warsaw. She leads the Physiotherapy and Cosmetology programmes, combining academic research with clinical practice. Her areas of expertise include biomechanics, functional assessment, and modern rehabilitation methods. She is actively involved in advancing physiotherapy education and training the next generation of physiotherapists.

He is a fifth-semester Physiotherapy student at the University of Social Sciences in Warsaw and Chair of the MOVE Student Scientific Society. Together with fellow members of the society, he is involved in validation studies of an inertial sensor.He also works as a goalkeeping coach at Legia Soccer Schools. His professional interests include sports physiotherapy and biomechanics of human movement.

He is a fifth-semester Physiotherapy student at the University of Social Sciences in Warsaw and a member of the MOVE Student Scientific Society. He is currently involved in research conducted by the society on blood flow restriction (BFR) training. His interests include bodybuilding.
