III International Rehabilitation Forum – two days of discussions on the future of rehabilitation

On 1–2 October 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the III Międzynarodowe Forum Rehabilitacji, organized by Fundacja Podaruj Dobro, will take place. The event will bring together experts, doctors, physiotherapists, scientists, representatives of medical facilities, representatives of foundations, medical facilities, and companies developing modern solutions for rehabilitation and patient care.

This year’s edition will focus on topics that are already shaping new directions for the industry. The first day of the Forum will be devoted primarily to artificial intelligence in rehabilitation, the concept of longevity, and the use of modern technologies to support older people. Participants will have the opportunity to attend presentations on topics including the use of AI in diagnostics and therapy planning, intelligent rehabilitation and robotics, exoskeletons, gait analysis, and new models of comprehensive patient support.

The conference on the first day will be chaired by Dr hab. n. med. Małgorzata Łukowicz, former National Consultant in the field of medical rehabilitation. The program will conclude with the debate “Where is the world of rehabilitation heading?”, during which experts will discuss AI in medicine, bioengineering, neurotechnologies, longevity, and digital care platforms.

The second day of the Forum will focus on Ukraine’s experience in the rehabilitation and prosthetic treatment of people following amputations. Discussions will address the organization and financing of care, the patient pathway, cooperation between specialists, and solutions that could contribute to the further development of the rehabilitation and prosthetics system in Poland. An important part of the program will also be an attempt to develop conclusions and recommendations for the future.

One of the topics discussed will also be the Pacjent 360° model, presented by Daniel Kocur, President of Fundacja Podaruj Dobro. The concept involves providing comprehensive support to patients from the moment they leave the hospital, through rehabilitation, equipment selection and financing, to coordinating the process of helping them regain the greatest possible level of independence.
